What does FedEx "Delivered" mean?

FedEx has recorded the package as delivered.

FedEx · Delivered · Delivered · code DL

What it means

The tracking detail names the delivery location and any signature, which is the useful part when you cannot find it.

If it is missing, the clock matters and it is shorter than people expect: FedEx says a claim for damaged or missing contents must be filed no later than 60 calendar days from the SHIPMENT date for US packages, and 21 calendar days for international. That is counted from when it shipped, not from when it was delivered, so some of the window is already gone.

A shipment that never arrives at all is treated separately — FedEx allows nine months from the shipment date for undelivered or lost shipments.

Should I worry?

Only if you cannot find it — but then act quickly. FedEx counts the 60-day window from the shipment date, not from delivery.
